Q: How do I use the journal? 

A: We have a whole video here dedicated to showing you how to use the journal. 

 

Q: How do I access my download? 

A: Your download should be immediately available for access after check-out and also emailed to you. Please check your spam as well. Should you not receive it, email us at hello@themindformula.com with your Order Number. 

 

Q: Can I share the PDF with my friends and post it online?

A: No, that is illegal. Read more about our piracy policy here. Anyone found sharing documents will be persecuted. Please respect my work. 

 

Q: Can I print the PDF?
